JOB DESCRIPTION: Roles & Responsibilities: Responsible for the post-sales front-end as well as back-end activities from the office, starting from booking till possession. Responsible for obtaining approvals from HOD and management on new bookings after getting the first-level verification from the project team. Monitoring and auditing of new booking compliances, and process monitoring like welcome calls, mail, and couriers' timely delivery.
