Estate Manager

Role & responsibilities The Estate Manager is responsible for overseeing all look after the premises .It includes maintenance staff, ensuring all building, landscapes and equipment are kept in excellent condition, coordinating with vendors and contractors and ensuring. Key Responsibilities Plan, schedule, and supervise regular maintenance, repairs, and Upgrades for estate facilities, grounds, and equipment. Security of the premises and controlling the security guards. Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify areas that Need attention. Develop and manage maintenance budgets, ensuring cost-effective Solutions. Maintain records of maintenance activities, service schedules, Warranties, and safety compliance. Coordinate estate renovations, refurbishments, and construction Projects. Shall be a model point for all the acceptance of the building. He shall Keep the premises in tidy condition and in well shape as made for to Facilitate the uses/occupants and do the needful as per their complaint /suggestion. To act as an representative of owner of the building to take call necessary actions for the safe grounds the building and fireless. Over all responsibility regarding the premises. Preferred candidate profile 1) Proven experiences as an Estate Manger or in similar property management role. 2)Strong Leadership, Organizational . 3)Knowledge of property maintenance .
