Job Description

Role & Responsibilities: • Prepare and finalize financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards • Ensure timely filing of statutory returns (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.) liaised with bank officials for cash credit/loan limits; cordinated with sales tax, PF,ESI and labor departments • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis Prepared MIS reports, monthly sales summaries, VAT and service tax reports. • Conduct internal audits and ensure robust internal controls • Liaise with external auditors and manage statutory audit processes • Oversee cash flow, fund management, and working capital requirements • Handle direct and indirect tax planning and compliance • Maintain general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations • Review and monitor compliance with applicable financial regulations and laws • Support senior management with financial insights and business strategies • Manage and mentor junior finance and accounts team members
