Job Description

We are looking for a skilled CRM Manager to join our team in Sector 56, Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have between 2 to 8 years of experience in the real estate industry and a strong background in customer relationship management.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Develop and implement effective CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to resolve complaints and concerns.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Act as a single point of contact for post-sales customer queries and manage customer onboarding and documentation after booking.
  • Maintain and update client records, booking forms, agreements, and payment receipts, and coordinate agreement execution and registration process with legal teams.
  • Monitor and follow up on payment schedules as per agreed milestones, send payment reminders, and ensure timely collection.
  • Regularly update clients regarding construction progress, payment schedules, possession timelines, etc., and handle customer queries and grievances professionally, escalating complex issues when necessary.
  • Maintain records and activity logs on CRM software (like Salesforce, Zoho, or real estate-specific CRMs), generate reports and dashboards for management review, and coordinate for timely possession, snag list, and final settlement with clients.
Job Requirements
  • Graduate or MBA preferred.
  • Prior experience in CRM in the real estate industry is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong follow-up and coordination ability.
  • Customer service orientation.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools/software and MS Office.
  • Knowledge of RERA processes is an added advantage.
  • Experience in handling customer queries and providing excellent customer service.
  • Familiarity with CRM software management and real estate marketing.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
