Job Description:A crm exeuctive is responsible for managing and improving customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting the sales or service process using CRM software. The role involves using CRM tools to maintain client data, track interactions, and help teams convert leads into business or improve customer retention. Key Responsibilities:Manage and update customer information in the CRM system Handle customer queries and provide timely support Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth customer journey Generate and analyze reports from CRM to identify trends and insights Help in lead tracking, follow-ups, and conversion Monitor customer satisfaction and take feedback for improvement Assist in CRM automation workflows (email campaigns, reminders, etc.) Maintain data accuracy and hygiene in the CRM database Skills Required:Knowledge of CRM tools (like Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good analytical and problem-solving ability Attention to detail and data management skills Basic knowledge of sales or customer service processes Familiarity with MS Excel and reporting tools
