Role Overview:

We are seeking a Customer Support Executive who will be responsible for handling customer queries, order tracking, and status updates. The role involves maintaining smooth communication between customers, delivery partners, and internal teams to ensure timely responses and efficient service.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer calls, emails, and chat queries related to orders and deliveries.

Provide real-time updates on order tracking and resolve delivery-related concerns.

Coordinate with internal logistics and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Maintain detailed logs of customer interactions and resolutions in CRM tools.

Escalate unresolved issues to higher departments and follow up until closure.

Track daily order performance and prepare basic status reports.

Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining polite and professional communication.

Key Skills Required:

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Good understanding of order tracking systems and CRM tools.

Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for data recording and reporting.

Patience, empathy, and a customer-first approach.

Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

0–2 years of experience in customer support, order management, or CRM roles.

Experience in e-commerce, FMCG, or logistics industries is a plus.
