Job Description

Position: CRM Executive
Industry: Real Estate

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls, walk-ins, and customer inquiries professionally
  • Maintain and update customer records in CRM software
  • Coordinate with the sales team for lead allocation and follow-ups
  • Prepare and manage all customer-related paperwork and documentation
  • Assist in booking forms, agreements, and registration documents
  • Coordinate with legal and accounts teams for smooth documentation
  • Maintain proper filing (soft & hard copies) of customer documents
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and high customer satisfaction
  • Resolve customer queries and provide post-sales support

Required Skills:

  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Excel
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Experience in real estate CRM will be an advantage

Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduate / Undergraduate
  • Fresher or experienced candidates can apply

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
