Ltd. is a leading name in real estate development, dealing in residential plots, gated societies, and township projects across multiple cities including Dehradun, Rajasthan, Gujarat, and beyond. With a strong reputation for quality, trust, and customer satisfaction, we are expanding our Customer Relationship team to enhance client servicing and post-sales engagement. Role Overview:We are looking for a dedicated and client-focused CRM Executive/Manager to handle customer interactions, resolve queries, and maintain long-term client relationships. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. Key Responsibilities:Manage customer queries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM software. Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, and Operations teams for smooth client onboarding and post-sales support. Share regular project updates, payment reminders, and documentation requirements with clients. Organize and manage site visits, client meetings, and handover processes. Generate and analyze reports on customer satisfaction, engagement, and complaints. Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business. Support customer engagement initiatives, events, and promotional activities. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Marketing or related field. 1–4 years of experience in CRM, Client Servicing, or Customer Support (real estate preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, or similar). Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle client accounts effectively. Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.
