CRM Executive

Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused CRM Executive for our Real Estate business. The role involves managing client relationships, ensuring effective communication, handling queries, and maintaining the CRM database to improve customer satisfaction and sales performance. Key Responsibilities·  Manage and update customer records in the CRM system accurately. · Handle client inquiries, follow-ups, and maintain long-term relationships. · Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely response to customer requirements. · Track leads, opportunities, and client interactions through the CRM system. · Prepare and share regular CRM reports with management. · Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication. · Support marketing campaigns by segmenting and targeting leads from the CRM database. Required Skills·  Strong communication and interpersonal skills. · Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications. · Ability to manage multiple client accounts efficiently. · Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. · Organized with strong attention to detail. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Additional certification in CRM tools will be an advantage. Experience2–4 years of experience in customer relationship management, preferably in the real estate industry.
