CRM Executive

Hiring CRM Executive Total experience 2 to 3 years in Realestate Candidate should have good knowlege of Realestate Preference Male candidate only Key Responsibilities

• CRM Management:Maintain and update the client relationship management (CRM) system with accurate contact information, interaction history, and lead data.
• Client Relationship Support:Provide support to real estate agents by managing client interactions, tracking client engagement, and assisting with client inquiries, especially regarding documentation and possession.
• Post-Sales Management:Oversee the entire customer journey after a sale, ensuring smooth handovers, timely communication, and resolution of customer complaints.
• Cross-Functional Coordination:Work closely with sales, marketing, and finance teams to coordinate efforts, ensure smooth communication, and align strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
• Data Analysis and Reporting:Analyze client data and customer interaction patterns to identify trends, provide insights, and develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and engagement.
• Lead and Pipeline Management:Track and manage leads and the sales pipeline within the CRM system to support sales activities.
• Customer Feedback:Gather feedback from clients, especially regarding property documentation and possession processes, and use it to enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• CRM Software Proficiency:Experience with real estate CRM platforms and other sales management tools.
• Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication, along with strong interpersonal skills for client and team interaction.
• Organizational Skills:Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail for managing client data and tasks.
• Problem-Solving:Ability to resolve customer complaints and address client concerns effectively.
• Teamwork:Ability to work collaboratively with other departments to achieve business goals.
• Real Estate Knowledge:Solid understanding of real estate sales processes and industry practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
