We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, showing properties to potential clients, and closing sales deals. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be passionate about the real estate sector. Key Responsibilities: Meet with clients to understand their property requirements. Show available properties that match client needs. Negotiate prices and close sales. Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and other marketing strategies. Maintain relationships with existing clients and follow up on potential leads. Provide clients with information on market trends and prices. Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation related to the sale. Requirements: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in real estate sales Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and in a team. Good knowledge of the local real estate market Basic computer knowledge Must be comfortable traveling to different project sites and meeting clients.
