We are expanding our digital presence and looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to lead our online marketing strategies and campaigns. Key Responsibilities:Meta Ads Management: Plan, execute & optimize paid campaigns on Facebook & Instagram. SEO: Perform on-page & off-page SEO, keyword research, backlinks, and ranking improvement. Website Management: Update, optimize & manage company website for performance & lead generation. Video Editing: Create & edit property walkthroughs, promotional videos, reels, and other digital content (Adobe Premiere Pro preferred). Graphic Designing: Design creatives, brochures, posts, and ads using Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva. Digital Strategy: Develop & implement innovative campaigns to generate quality leads for real estate projects. Analytics & Reporting: Track campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports for management. Coordination: Work closely with the sales & business development team to align digital marketing goals with business objectives. Key Requirements:Proven experience in Digital Marketing (real estate industry experience preferred). Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, SEO, Website handling, Video Editing & Graphic Designing. Hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva. Creative mindset with the ability to design impactful and engaging digital content. Analytical skills to measure ROI and optimize performance. Ability to work independently, handle deadlines, and deliver results.
