Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team at Kontent Media. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital growth, understands social trends, and can blend creativity with data to drive results. This role involves strategy, execution, and occasionally being the face of our brand on-camera.

Working Hours: 09:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Location: Onsite – Jaipur, Rajasthan

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Curate engaging content ideas (memes, reels, carousels, captions, etc.) that resonate with target audiences.
• Work with designers and editors to execute content with visual excellence.
• Create compelling ad copies, hooks, and campaign ideas that resonate with the audience.
• Track and analyze campaign performance with actionable insights.
• Occasionally represent the brand on-camera for content pieces.
• Stay updated on trends, tools, and algorithms to keep strategies fresh.

What We’re Looking For

• Hands-on experience with platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, etc.
• Working knowledge of tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or Hootsuite
• Good sense of design, copywriting, and audience psychology
• Strong written communication and content ideation skills
• Analytical mindset and familiarity with social media analytics
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Must have your own system and a reliable internet connection
• A background in Marketing, Mass Comm, Digital Media, or related fields is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
