managing inbound & outbound client interactions, booking center visits, nurturing relationships, and driving engagement


Key Responsibilities:


  • Centralized Calling (Inbound & Outbound):

  • Handle incoming calls from prospective and existing clients with professionalism and brand-aligned communication.

  • Execute outbound calling campaigns to

    generate appointments, confirm bookings, and drive visits

    to flagship centers across India.
  • Client Relationship Management:

  • Maintain strong rapport with clients by providing information on therapies, promotions, and wellness programs.

  • Follow up with clients to ensure

    engagement, retention, and satisfaction

    .
  • Lead Conversion Support:

  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to convert leads into center visits and memberships

    .
  • Ensure consistent follow-ups on new, warm, and repeat leads.
  • Data & Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate call logs, CRM entries, and client interaction records.

  • Provide daily/weekly reports on call volume, conversions, and client engagement metrics.
  • Brand Standards & Client Experience:

  • Represent The Wellness Co. brand in every interaction with professional, empathetic, and wellness-oriented communication

  • Proactively resolve client queries, concerns, and appointment issues.


What We’re Looking For

Must-Have Qualifications:


·     2–4 years of experience in client servicing, tele-calling, or CRM roles

healthcare, hospitality, or premium services

·     Strong communication skills (English & Hindi; regional languages a plus).

  • Prior experience in a
