CRM Executive

Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced CRM Specialist to join our Retention team. As a CRM Specialist, you will own and drive strategies across key CRM channels to optimize customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. This role is essential to scaling our CRM capabilities and directly impacting revenue-linked retention goals.

What will you do?

●Design and implement CRM channel and journey strategies across Push, WhatsApp, SMS, and Email.

●Develop and manage automated lifecycle journeys tailored to different funnel stages (acquisition,

engagement, retention).

●Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, design, product) to plan and execute CRM campaigns.

●Monitor and analyze CRM campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement.

●Lead A/B testing and develop an experimentation framework to optimize CRM initiatives.

●Track key lifecycle funnel metrics and ensure the reliability and timely execution of all campaigns.

Who You Are?

●2–4 years of hands-on experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or a related field.

●Proficiency in CRM tools and platforms with experience managing multi-channel campaigns.

●Strong analytical mindset and familiarity with A/B testing and performance metrics.

●Excellent collaboration and project management skills.

●Self-starter with a keen eye for detail and a drive for continuous improvement.
