Position: CRM Executive

Location: Andheri East, Mumbai
Experience: 3–6 years (Jewellery industry preferred)
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (CTC)
Software: GATI / MS Excel knowledge preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Handle and respond promptly to client queries and requests.
Manage client communication via email, WhatsApp, and calls.Coordinate with internal departments (production, QC, dispatch, design) to ensure client requirements are fulfilled.Follow up on orders to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.Maintain client data, reports, and communication records accurately.Share client requirements and feedback with relevant teams.Coordinate with clients for 3rd party QC and dispatch updates.Verify order details to ensure accuracy as per client instructions.Follow up for payments and maintain proper tracking.
