Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION –

The CRM Executive will be responsible for managing customer interactions, maintaining accurate customer databases, ensuring timely communication, and enhancing customer satisfaction and retention. The role requires proactive engagement with customers, coordination with internal departments, and effective use of CRM tools to support marketing, sales, and service initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Maintain and update the customer database using CRM software.

· Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints courteously and efficiently.

· Support marketing campaigns through targeted customer communication.

· Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

· Track and analyze customer data to identify buying patterns and loyalty opportunities.

· Generate periodic reports on customer engagement, complaints, and resolutions.

· Assist in planning and executing customer retention and loyalty programs.

· Ensure customer information confidentiality and data accuracy at all times.

· Maintain a high level of professionalism while representing the brand to customers.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.

Postgraduate degree or certification in CRM or Marketing will be an advantage

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.

· Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

· Familiarity with CRM systems and database management.

· Positive attitude, patience, and problem-solving ability.

LEVEL OF COMPUTER LITERACY REQUIRED

· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

· Working knowledge of CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, or similar platforms).

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

· 1–3 years of experience in CRM, Customer Service, or Sales Support.

· Experience in FMCG, Retail, or Dairy industry preferred.

Pay: ₹12,623.47 - ₹33,027.35 per month
