The CRM Developer will work closely with business analysts, project managers, and end-users to translate business needs into functional and scalable CRM applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, experience with popular CRM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce), and a good understanding of customer relationship management principles. Proven experience as a CRM Developer or similar role. Proficiency in CRM platforms such as: Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Salesforce HubSpot CRM Zoho CRM Experience with programming languages and technologies such as: C#, .NET, JavaScript, SQL, HTML, CSS Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) – for Microsoft Dynamics Apex and Visualforce – for Salesforce Experience with APIs, web services (REST/SOAP), and integration tools.
