CRM Developer

Role Overview: As a Software Developer in this role, you will be responsible for designing, testing, and maintaining software programs for operating systems or applications to be deployed at the client end while ensuring 100% quality assurance. Your main goal will be to understand product/software requirements and design software solutions that meet client needs. You will collaborate with functional teams, conduct root cause analysis of system issues, automate processes for software validation, and ensure error-free code. Key Responsibilities: - Understand product/software requirements and design software solutions by studying information needs, systems flow, and data usage. - Investigate problem areas throughout the software development life cycle and conduct root cause analysis of system issues. - Identify opportunities to enhance system performance and availability. - Analyze client requirements and translate them into feasible designs. - Collaborate with functional teams or systems analysts to investigate software requirements. - Code, ensure optimal software/module development, and evaluate operational feasibility. - Automate processes for software validation through test case/scenario design and execution. - Modify software to fix errors, adapt to new hardware, improve performance, or upgrade interfaces. - Recommend and plan system installations or modifications based on information analysis. - Ensure error-free code, prepare reports on programming project specifications, and maintain comprehensive documentation. - Coordinate with the team on daily project status, progress, and usability feedback. - Capture client requirements, gather feedback regularly for on-time delivery, and participate in ongoing education and training. - Consult with engineering staff to evaluate software-hardware interfaces and develop performance requirements. - Document solutions through various means such as flowcharts, diagrams, and code comments. - Ensure high-quality interaction with customers regarding email content, fault report tracking, and timely responses to requests. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - Proven experience as a Software Developer or similar role. - Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, tools, and processes. - Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, etc. - Experience with software testing and debugging. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and teamwork skills. Performance Parameters: Your deliverables will be measured based on: 1. Continuous Integration, Deployment & Monitoring of Software: - 100% error-free onboarding & implementation, throughput %, and adherence to schedule/release plan. 2. Quality & CSAT: - On-time delivery, software management, query troubleshooting, customer experience, and completion of assigned certifications for skill enhancement. 3. MIS & Reporting: - Timely generation of 100% MIS & reports. Your focus should be on meeting these performance parameters to ensure successful software development and client satisfaction.,
