We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven CRM Data Analyst to support our Study Abroad division. In this role, you will manage and analyze data within our CRM system to optimize student engagement, conversion, and retention across the international admissions lifecycle. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Counseling, Documentation, Client Support to drive strategic decisions with actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain, clean, and structure CRM data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
• Review dashboards and generate daily, weekly, monthly reports to monitor KPIs such as lead generation, student conversions, documentation, and conversion rates.
• Analyze CRM functions and data across CRM journeys to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Evaluate daily leads and ensure all leads are attended within TAT
• Address any CRM related issues raised from any branches or individuals on time
• Provide CRM credentials to new joiners and give training regarding the use of CRM platform
• Evaluate gaps, errors or any issues that cause delay to the existing CRM functions
• Suggest proposals or new ideas related to improvising the current CRM system into the most simplest and efficient platform
• Resolve CRM account issues or incorrect passwords / blocked account
• Ensure all fields in the CRM are properly marked with entries
• Ensure follow ups are made on time and any escalation need to be reported
• Provide feedback regarding the speed, efficiency, productivity, performance and results of the CRM

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a CRM analyst or data analyst role (preferably in the education or EdTech sector).
• Strong experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools and analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, UTM tracking).
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and data storytelling skills.
• Experience in the study abroad or higher education sector is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
