The Opportunity

Imagine combining your engineering background with cutting-edge AI to create learning experiences the industry has never seen. You’ll design intelligent simulators, generate adaptive courses, and make rare-earth extraction and critical-minerals processing accessible to learners worldwide. This isn’t traditional course creation—this is AI-augmented education engineering for one of the world’s most strategic industries.

What You'll Do

1. Build AI-Powered Learning Systems

  • Use AI agents to develop and refine rare-earth & critical-mineral training modules
  • Convert technical papers, patents, and manuals into interactive learning content
  • Create adaptive assessments that adjust to learner performance

  • 2. Develop Next-Generation Simulations

    • Leverage AI + mathematical models to build simulations for rare earth energy
    • Translate equations, mass balance, and process kinetics into simple simulation logic
    • Design interactive exercises that connect theory to real industrial workflows

  • 3. Technical Content Engineering

    • Research emerging rare-earth extraction technologies
    • Simplify complex chemical/metallurgical concepts for students, professionals, and career-switchers
    • Develop structured learning pathways, slides, quizzes, diagrams, and job aids

  • 4. Platform & Product Innovation

    • Test and improve our

      AI course-generation pipeline

    • Contribute ideas for adaptive learning features and personalized AI tutoring
    • Influence product decisions using learner data and instructional best practices


    Who We’re Looking For

    Must-Have:

    • B.Tech / M.Tech in Chemical Engineering or Metallurgical/Materials Engineering
    • (Mechanical or Petroleum Engineering acceptable only with relevant hydrometallurgy/mineral-processing experience)
    • Strong fundamentals in mass transfer, thermodynamics, and chemical process engineering
    • Excellent English communication and ability to simplify technical topics
    • Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT/LLMs)
    • Research skills and ability to synthesize complex information

  • Preferred:

    • Graduates from IITs or premier institutes
    • Experience with hydrometallurgy, mineral processing, SX/IX, precipitation, roasting/calcination
    • Experience in teaching, content creation, presentations, or technical documentation
    • Familiarity with Python/MATLAB/Aspen/HYSYS is a bonus
    • Familiarity with e-learning platforms or educational technology

    • Designing simulation logic for SX loops, ion-exchange systems, hydrometallurgical circuits, and beneficiation flowsheets
    • Applying mass balance, kinetics, and thermodynamics to build realistic training simulations

    • Creating AI-powered personalized learning journeys for students, professionals, and career-switchers
