We're looking for a curious and motivated fresher who wants to learn, research, and help us create high-quality, beginner-friendly training content across next-generation energy topics.

Responsibilities

• Research and develop educational content across geothermal, rare earths, critical minerals, lithium, oil & gas, and renewables
• Simplify technical topics into engaging, student-friendly explanations
• Support the creation of videos, presentations, and assignments for online courses
• Learn to apply AI and data-driven tools to enhance energy learning
• Collaborate with team members to bring new ideas to life

Compensation & Benefits

• ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Must-Have Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or final-year student) in Geology, Geophysics, Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Science, or related fields
• Basic textbook knowledge of energy, geology, or drilling fundamentals
• Strong communication skills - write and explain clearly in English
• Curiosity and willingness to learn across multiple energy topics
• Research skills - able to study textbooks/reports and create training content
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

Preferred

• Programming familiarity or experience with ChatGPT or AI-based tools
• Exposure to oil & gas basics or renewable energy coursework
• Experience in content writing, teaching, or presentations
• Awareness of global energy transition trends
