Credit Officer Location: Delhi Department: Credit Reports To: Team Leader Job Overview: The Credit Officer is responsible for evaluating online loan applications, assessing risk, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, and managing collections to minimize bad debts. A well-structured O2C process enhances cash flow, improves customer satisfaction, and reduces operational inefficiencies Roles & Responsibilities: Core Responsibilities: Cash application for “exception” items that were not auto processed by our High Radius program Reconciliation of overpayments, misapplications, and unapplied cash Posting @ 7000 transactions per month Process credit card payments Post and log branch deposits, ACH/Wire Transfers Handle data entry and general clerical tasks Maintain and ensure all key reports, journals and documents are accurately labeled, scanned and stored for permanent records each month Service external/internal customers Process check requests Verify all rejected checks have been rescanned Post CenPos customer service transactions Special projects as assigned Years of Experience: Maximum 1 to 2 years of experience With minimum 1 year in O2C with Cash apps experience must Required Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Finance preferable.
