What You’ll Do:

credit strategies for unsecured personal loans

digital underwriting processes

● Collaborate with product and data teams to strengthen risk assessment frameworks.

Oversee key parts of the loan lifecycle

portfolio performance

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 5+ experience in unsecured personal loans

● Strong understanding of digital lending platforms, including underwriting and designing credit policies.

Experience working with a fintech or NBFC

● Analytical mindset and the ability to work with large datasets to make informed decisions.

● Strong communication and collaboration skills.
