Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Credit Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 6 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with expertise in credit analysis and risk management.

Roles and Responsibility

Conduct thorough credit analysis to assess customer creditworthiness.
Develop and implement effective credit policies and procedures to minimize risk.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless credit processing.
Monitor and manage credit portfolios to optimize performance and efficiency.
Provide exceptional customer service to resolve credit-related queries and issues.

Experience in the BFSI industry, preferably in a similar role, is preferred.
