Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Credit Manager to join our team at Courtyard by Marriott, with 3-5 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage credit operations, including credit approval, risk assessment, and portfolio monitoring.
Develop and implement effective credit policies and procedures to minimize risk and maximize revenue.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential credit risks.
Analyze financial data and market trends to inform credit decisions and optimize business outcomes.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of credit principles, practices, and regulations.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Proficiency in credit management software and systems.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Experience working in the Hotels & Restaurants industry is preferred.
