Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Credit Manager located in Indore. The Credit Manager will be responsible for assessing the creditworthiness of potential borrowers, evaluating risks, and making decisions regarding loan approvals. Daily tasks include analyzing financial statements, conducting credit investigations, preparing credit reports, and ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines. The role also involves collaborating with various departments to facilitate loan disbursement and monitoring loan performance.

Qualifications

• Financial analysis, Risk assessment, and Credit evaluation skills
• Experience in preparing credit reports and conducting credit investigations
• Knowledge of NHB guidelines and compliance requirements
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with different departments
• Proficiency in financial software and MS Office
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
• Prior experience in housing finance or banking is a plus
