Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Credit Administration Officer to manage loan administration in Education Loans, Overdrafts, and Loans Against Property. The role ensures compliance with policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards throughout the loan lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Loan Application Review : Ensure loan applications and documents are accurate, complete, and comply with guidelines. Credit Risk Analysis Support : Assist in evaluating creditworthiness and conduct due diligence on borrowers. Documentation and Agreement Handling : Draft, execute, and store loan agreements and collateral documentation. Disbursement Processing : Coordinate timely loan disbursements and ensure pre-disbursement formalities are met. Post-Disbursement Monitoring : Track loan repayments, follow up on overdue payments, and ensure recovery compliance. Compliance : Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and internal policies. Customer Service : Address customer queries regarding loan terms, repayment, and documentation. Reporting : Prepare reports on loan status, delinquencies, and assist in audits. Qualifications: Education : Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. Experience : 2-3 years in credit administration or loan processing in an NBFC or financial services company. Experience in education loans, overdrafts, or loans against property is preferred. Credit Risk (Monitoring, Documentation and administration) - Administrator Position - Administrator Job Responsibilities: Responsible for initiatives to create local credit policies, workflow and frameworks to ensure they meet regulatory needs including HO requirement and establish a credit monitoring and regulatory reporting framework. Strategic Responsible for providing broad support for business and product areas for all credit related matters. Responsible for the maintenance of databases, purification of data, maintenance of data feeds, and related updates to accounts and credit limit administration. Customer Work in partnership with the Corporate Banking, Branch Middle Office and Legal teams to effectively implement the credit monitoring administration framework. Control (functional) Credit Documentation and Credit Control Monitor covenant checks, due date control, approval conditions etc. done by the team and ensure all checks are carried out in a timely manner. Preparation of credit documentation by the team and support customization of documents with inputs from Legal. Document verification, limit registration and safe custody of documents. Responsible for reviewing and ensuring that a counterpartys collateral as per the terms and conditions of lending agreements are registered and maintained appropriately. Risk Evolution Responsible for providing support to the team for various projects related to automation of Credit monitoring by providing data, conducting UAT, etc. Maintain good working knowledge of latest industry trends, products, relevant laws and regulations so as to apply them in strengthening the risk framework. Job Requirements: Skills Knowledge: - Good understanding of credit frameworks control mechanisms and ability to upskill in line with emerging requirements. - Extensive knowledge of credit and related legal documentation under both Indian and English law. - Good Knowledge of Corporate Banking products and services. - Good communication stakeholder management skills with ability to influence others Education and Professional Qualifications Length and Type of Experience: Degree qualified. 5-7 years of relevant experience in Credit Administration for an international Corporate bank with a large presence in India Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group (MUFG) is an equal opportunity employer. Job Purpose : The objective of the Manager - Credit Administration is to oversee and manage all aspects of credit administration processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. This role involves issuing sanctioned letters, verifying pre-disbursal documents, coordinating with operations, managing security perfection, monitoring post-disbursal documents, generating MIS reports, and driving process mapping and improvement initiatives to support the business. Main Accountabilities : . Issuance of Sanctioned Letters: Prepare and issue sanctioned letters to clients, outlining the terms and conditions of credit facilities. Pre-Disbursal Document Verification: Verify and validate pre-disbursal documents and documentation for accuracy and completeness. Coordinate with the operations department for data input and file maintenance. Security Perfection and Charge Creation: Ensure the proper perfection of security and the creation of appropriate charges for assets securing the credit facility. File necessary documentation with the Registrar of Companies (ROC) as required. Document Maintenance and Updation: Maintain an organized record of all credit-related documents and ensure they are kept up-to-date. Monitor and manage document expiration and renewals. Post-Disbursal Document Follow-up: Supervise the follow-up process for post-disbursal documents (PDD) from clients. Maintain records of PDDs and ensure their completeness. Deferral MIS: Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports related to deferral cases. Track and report on deferral conditions in line with sanction terms. Security Creation and Follow-up: Oversee the process of creating security instruments and follow up to ensure timely completion. Maintain records of security creation and compliance. MIS on Revenue Leakages: Generate MIS reports to identify revenue leakages as per sanction conditions. Implement corrective actions to minimize revenue losses. Process Mapping and Improvement: Map credit administration processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop process enhancement initiatives. Collaborate with teams to implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance. Qualifications - Minimum Degree: MBA in Finance/ CA
