Job Description: Creative Strategist Brand Overview Oddpod is a fast-growing premium home & office organization brand. We’re looking for a smart, creative mind who loves visuals, reels, and content that clicks! Position Overview The Creative Strategist will be responsible for end-to-end content planning and execution across Oddpod’s digital ecosystem including Instagram, Meta Ads creatives, influencer collaborations, website banners, and homepage visuals. This role requires an aesthetic-driven individual with strong English communication skills, modern trend awareness, and consumer-first creative thinking. The candidate will own the content creation workflow with approval from the Creative Director. Work Structure Location: Choolai Office, Chennai (On-site) Working Days: Monday to Saturday Timings: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM Reporting To: Founder + Creative Director Key Responsibilities Content Strategy & Planning Create and maintain monthly content calendars aligned with brand priorities. Develop ideas backed by platform trends and audience behavior. Ensure consistent brand aesthetic across all creatives. Content Creation & Production Create Instagram posts, reels, Meta Ads creatives, and website banners. Assist during product styling, photoshoots, and videoshoots. Support influencer content direction and review for visual alignment. Performance Tracking & Optimization Analyze content performance using platform insights. Adapt creative strategy based on engagement and CTR learnings. Maintain strong turnaround timelines and content flow. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with leadership to ensure clarity of deliverables. Coordinate with external creators and vendors when required. Maintain organized workflows and content documentation. Mandatory Skills Strong visual sense and aesthetic-driven creativity Excellent English proficiency—written & spoken Practical experience with: Canva (design layouts) CapCut / VN / any similar editing tool Ability to write attention-grabbing hooks and CTAs Nice-to-Have Skills Knowledge of Adobe tools Basic photography or videography exposure Understanding of D2C brand content trends Qualities We Value Organized planning & clarity Consumer-first thinking Trend-awareness Ownership & accountability Performance Metrics (KPIs) Content consistency & timely delivery Brand aesthetic consistency CTR improvement for ad/CTA content Turnaround time for deliverables Compensation & Benefits Annual CTC: ₹2,50,000 – ₹3,50,000 (without any deductions) Bi-yearly loyalty bonus based on performance and contribution Opportunity to grow in creative leadership Growth Path Creative Strategist → Creative Lead (18–24 months based on performance) Eligibility Freshers or 0–2 years experience in social media or visual content Strong creative samples required (portfolio, reels, or posts) Should be Chennai-based and willing to work from office full-time
