Role Overview

Creative Strategist

This role is ideal for someone who writes as easily as they breathe, thinks in audience-first ideas, and enjoys working across teams to bring a strategy to life.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop thoughtful, platform-specific content strategies tailored to each brand’s voice, goals, and audience.
  2. Collaborate with design, creative, and performance marketing teams to ensure cohesion across all content touchpoints.
  3. Ideate and guide content across social platforms, websites, ad campaigns, video scripts, and everything in between.
  4. Write (and love writing) clear, compelling, and conversion-friendly copy for social ads, branded content, and campaign messaging.
  5. Conduct competitor research, audience analysis, and keep a pulse on industry trends.
  6. Create and manage content calendars, tone-of-voice guidelines, and brand strategy decks.
  7. Monitor performance metrics to optimize and evolve content based on real insights, not just hunches.


Requirements

  1. 2+ years of experience as a content strategist, copywriter, or similar role, preferably in an agency or brand environment.
  2. A solid grasp of content marketing, brand positioning, and storytelling across digital channels.
  3. Experience crafting copy for social ads, campaigns, and creative assets that drive clicks, shares, and saves.
  4. Proven ability to juggle multiple brands and deadlines without dropping the ball.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, you love to write, and it shows.
  6. Analytical mindset with the creative chops to bring bold ideas to life.
  7. Familiarity with social platforms, digital trends, and performance analytics.
  8. Prior experience in a fast-growing creative agency is a big plus.
