• Collaborate with the co-founder to

  develop pitch decks, brand concepts, and campaign strategies

  .
• Craft

  story-driven narratives

  that make presentations both persuasive and memorable.
• Translate brand briefs into

  creative campaign ideas

  and define their execution roadmap.
• Stay plugged into

  culture, content trends, and storytelling formats

  to inspire fresh approaches.
• Partner with design, content, and execution teams to ensure strategies land as intended.
• Conduct brand/market research and translate insights into

  creative opportunities

  .

• Strong experience in

  brand storytelling, advertising, content strategy, or film

  .
• An eye for structure and flow in storytelling—especially in

  presentations and pitches

  .
• Ability to think like a

  strategist

  but express like a

  creative

  .
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to

  work closely with leadership

  .
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort in a

  hybrid work setup

  ; must be based in or open to relocating to Bangalore.

• You’ve worked in

  advertising agencies, content studios, film production, or brand storytelling

  roles.
• You can bring in examples of past pitch decks, campaign strategies, or narrative-driven presentations you’ve built.
• You’re a

  culture sponge

  —always curious about what’s shaping audiences today.
