Role Overview

The Creative Social Media Executive will lead end-to-end digital marketing operations, handling social media management, paid ad campaigns, SEO/SEM strategies, and content creation for all Afaq Group subsidiaries. The role demands both strategic thinking and creative execution to strengthen brand presence, drive engagement, and generate measurable business results.


Key Responsibilities


1. Social Media Management

  • Plan, design, and manage daily posts across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube for all group brands.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms.
  • Schedule, monitor, and optimize content performance through analytics.


2. Paid Marketing & Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and LinkedIn campaigns.
  • Optimize ad spend, targeting, and creatives to achieve high ROI.
  • Monitor performance dashboards and prepare monthly reports.


3. Creative Content Writing

  • Write engaging captions, blog posts, ad copy, and video scripts tailored for each platform.
  • Collaborate with design and photo/video teams for content production.
  • Develop storytelling-based campaigns to enhance brand engagement.


4. SEO & SEM Optimization

  • Conduct keyword research and implement on-page/off-page SEO strategies.
  • Improve Google ranking for each brand’s website and landing pages.
  • Manage Google My Business listings and reputation management

5. Strategy & Branding

  • Build and execute digital strategies aligned with each brand’s goals.
  • Coordinate with management for seasonal promotions, launches, and campaigns.
  • Analyze competitors and suggest creative improvements.


Required Skills & Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing and social media management.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO & SEM tools.
  • Strong creative writing and visual storytelling ability.
  • Proficiency in Canva / Adobe tools and social media scheduling platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication, multitasking, and time management skills.
