Key Responsibilities: Enter customer data accurately into our Google Spreadsheets Tracker. Update customer information regularly based on feedback from events and customer interactions. Clean and validate existing data to ensure accuracy and completeness. Organize and maintain digital records of customer profiles, bookings, and feedback. Assist with generating basic reports for marketing and event planning teams. Coordinate with the operations and events teams to verify customer details post-events. Uphold data privacy and protection standards in compliance with company policies. Requirements: Proven experience as a data entry operator or similar role.
