We are building the brand from scratch with passion and precision. Now we are looking for our third team member to take charge of how the world sees, feels, and connects with ION online. Role Description We are hiring a Social Media & Content Executive to lead all things social media and creative direction for ION. This full-time, on-site role in Mumbai is for someone who knows how to make a brand look good online and who is ready to fully own content creation , trends , storytelling , and influencer strategy . You will work closely with the Founder and Graphic Designer to ensure all content aligns with ION’s premium, aesthetic-first branding . From planning the grid and executing shoots to directing influencer content and capturing events, you will shape the digital face of the brand every single day. What You'll Do Content Creation & Execution Shoot product, lifestyle, and BTS content using an iPhone or basic camera setup Edit Reels, Stories, and posts using Canva, CapCut, VN, or similar tools Style and plan the Instagram feed to maintain a consistent and premium aesthetic Step in front of the camera when needed to create engaging content Provide creative direction for shoots, styling, layouts, and campaign storytelling Social Media Management Plan, schedule, and post content across Instagram and other platforms Track insights and engagement , and adjust strategy based on performance Engage with the community through DMs, comments, and story interactions Keep up with trending formats, sounds, and styles , and implement them in line with ION’s aesthetic Influencer Collaborations Identify and connect with influencers for barter deals and organic collabs Coordinate briefs, timelines, and campaign tracking Build relationships with creators who reflect ION’s brand Create content scripts and creative guidance to help influencers represent the brand clearly and beautifully Strategy, Branding & Visual Identity Align all content with ION’s tone, storytelling, and visual identity Collaborate with the Founder and Graphic Designer for creative consistency Brainstorm new formats and campaign ideas that strengthen brand presence Maintain a premium and consistent look across all digital platforms Events and Pop-Ups Attend brand events and pop-ups to represent ION Capture live content for social media Be outgoing and confident in helping build brand visibility What We’re Looking For 1 to 3 years of experience in social media, content creation, or branding Strong aesthetic sense , especially in luxury, fashion, or beauty Proven ability to give creative direction and lead visual storytelling Proficient in Canva, CapCut, VN , or similar mobile tools Comfortable shooting and styling content independently Confident in front of the camera and quick to create engaging content Strong communication and collaboration skills Bonus if you have influencer management experience or have worked in early-stage brands We will only consider CVs that clearly show experience in branding, visual aesthetics, and creative direction Location 📍 On-site in Powai, Mumbai You must be available to work from the office daily Salary 💰 CTC: ₹3,00,000 to ₹3,60,000 per year Final offer depends on experience and skillset How to Apply 📩 Send your CV and portfolio to: info@ionfragrances.com 📅 Application deadline: 10 .07.2025 Why Join ION Take creative lead in a high-aesthetic luxury brand Work directly with the core founding team Build and shape a premium brand identity from the ground up Own the content strategy and execution completely Be part of a small, ambitious, and passionate team Team ION 🌐 Website: www.ionfragrances.com 📩 Email: info@ionfragrances.com 📲 Call / WhatsApp : +91 7045454109
