Creative Social Media Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative individual who can manage our entire content ecosystem — video editing, reels creation, graphic design, and social media management. This role is perfect for someone who understands youth-centric, gaming, and event content and can bring the Lazer Crazer brand to life across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Shoot, edit, and deliver high-quality short-form videos & reels for Instagram, YouTube & other platforms.
• Create engaging graphics, posters, event creatives, and brand visuals.
• Manage social media pages, upload content, track performance & maintain brand consistency.
• Develop trendy, engaging content ideas aligned with gaming, kids’ parties, events & cafe activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to create content during events, parties & game sessions.
• Maintain a posting calendar and deliver content on time.
• Basic photography & videography during events.

Required Skills

• Strong command over Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator (or equivalent tools).
• Proven experience in reel editing, motion graphics, and trend-based content.
• Ability to shoot with phone/camera and create high-impact content quickly.
• Understanding of social media trends, meme culture & youth content.
• Excellent communication & deadline management.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
