Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, and manage daily content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)Develop high-quality Reels, stories, and short-form videos that align with brand identity and trendsStay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, formats, and content styles to innovate consistentlyHandle end-to-end social media account management — posting, monitoring engagement, responding to comments/messagesCollaborate with design, marketing, and branding teams to execute campaign strategiesAnalyze performance using insights and analytics, and optimize content for higher reach and engagementBrainstorm fresh ideas for campaigns, topical content, and seasonal promotions

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in social media management or content creation rolesStrong understanding of social media algorithms and trendsExcellent skills in creating and editing Reels/short videos (basic video editing knowledge is a must)Creative storytelling ability with sharp attention to detailGood communication and copywriting skills for captions and social media postsKnowledge of hashtags, SEO for social media, and audience engagement techniques

Bonus Skills

Experience with graphic designing tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.)Awareness of influencer marketing and collaborationsPhotography & videography basics
