About the Role

We’re looking for a Creative Lead who treats ideas like electricity — generated boldly, shared generously, and grounded with strategy. You’ll guide the creative pulse of our campaigns, shape narratives for brands, and collaborate with influencers who bring stories to life. If you enjoy building concepts that travel smoothly from pitch decks to live campaigns, this is your arena.

Key Responsibilities

Concept & Ideation

  • Lead the ideation process for brand campaigns across social, digital, and influencer channels.
  • Translate briefs into strong creative concepts, narratives, and frameworks.
  • Develop innovative ideas that align with brand objectives while staying culturally sharp and platform-native.

Creative Pitches & Presentations

  • Build high-impact creative pitches for existing and potential clients.
  • Present concepts confidently, weaving strategy, storytelling, and execution pathways.
  • Collaborate with strategy and business teams to refine and strengthen pitch direction.

Brand & Influencer Collaboration

  • Work closely with brands to understand their goals, tone, and creative boundaries.
  • Conceptualize influencer-led campaigns and guide creators to bring ideas alive authentically.
  • Ensure brand messaging remains consistent across influencer content, digital assets, and campaign touchpoints.

Campaign Execution & Oversight

  • Provide creative direction during shoots, content creation, and post-production.
  • Review and refine storyboards, scripts, influencer content plans, and final outputs.
  • Maintain high creative quality across all deliverables while ensuring timely execution.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Mentor designers, writers, editors, and junior creatives; cultivate a strong creative culture.
  • Work cross-functionally with strategy, account management, and production teams.
  • Set creative benchmarks, inspire experimentation, and encourage collaborative idea-building.

Market Awareness & Innovation

  • Stay current with digital trends, platform shifts, creator economy movements, and pop-culture waves.
  • Introduce new formats, narrative styles, and creative tools that elevate campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in creative strategy, digital advertising, or influencer-led campaigns.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing campaign ideation, digital storytelling, and pitch work.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects without letting the spark of creativity dim.
  • Comfort working with fast-moving brands, creators, and dynamic content timelines.
