The primary responsibility of this role is to strategize, execute, and manage paid influencer campaigns across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of influencer marketing trends, excellent communication skills, and the ability to foster strong relationships with influencers. Key Responsibilities ● Strategize, plan, and execute influencer marketing campaigns that align with brand and client objectives. ● Identify, evaluate, and onboard influencers across platforms based on campaign goals and target demographics. ● Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and compensation to ensure successful partnerships. ● Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, content, and creative to develop impactful campaign briefs. ● Manage all aspects of campaign execution — from outreach and briefing to content approval and final reporting. ● Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and optimize ongoing campaigns to maximize ROI. ● Maintain strong, long-term relationships with influencers and consistently explore new partnership opportunities. ● Stay current with emerging social platforms, influencer trends, and best practices in digital marketing. ● Compile detailed campaign reports and insights for internal teams and clients. Qualifications: ● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field ● Proven experience in influencer marketing, preferably in a paid campaign management capacity. ● Strong understanding of social media platforms, audience demographics, and content trends ● Excellent negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships. ● Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. ● Proficiency in using influencer marketing platforms and analytics tools. ● Knowledge of advertising regulations and compliance standards is desirable.
