Role Overview


We’re looking for a Creative Lead who can visually translate our brand story across both B2B and B2C audiences. This role blends design, short-form & long-form video editing, AI-assisted content creation, and platform-specific creative thinking to deliver content that stops the scroll, builds trust, and drives conversions.

You’ll work closely with the Social Media Strategist to create LinkedIn-ready professional content and Instagram-first engaging visuals, using AI tools to speed up design, editing, and creative brainstorming.

Key Responsibilities


Content Creation

  • Design static posts, carousels, infographics, and ads for multiple channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube).
  • Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) and long-form videos (YouTube, LinkedIn webinars, explainer videos).
  • Create platform-specific adaptations — understanding what works for B2B (LinkedIn) vs B2C (Instagram/Facebook).
  • Add on-screen copy, hooks, and CTAs to creatives (provided or co-created with strategist).
  • Use AI tools for design inspiration, quick mockups, and video editing

Platform-Specific Creative Strategy

  • For LinkedIn: Focus on professional, thought-leadership-aligned designs, case study visuals, and clean animations.
  • For Instagram: Focus on high-impact visuals, trending audio reels, UGC-style content, and storytelling graphics.

Brand Consistency

  • Maintain and evolve the visual identity across all channels, for both professional and consumer-facing audiences.
  • Ensure all creatives reflect the right tone for the target audience.

Creative Innovation

  • Stay on top of B2B and B2C social trends, video formats, and design best practices.
  • Suggest and test new creative formats based on performance data.

Collaboration

  • Work with the strategist to align creative with campaign goals, funnel stage, and audience type.
  • Adapt and iterate creatives based on analytics and A/B test results.

Key Skills & Tools


  • Design: Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator (bonus: Figma)
  • Video Editing: Premiere Pro, After Effects (for animations and motion graphics)
  • Understanding of B2B vs B2C content styles and how messaging changes by platform
  • Strong knowledge of social-first design principles (hooks, visual hierarchy, retention tactics)
  • Basic copy sense for headlines, CTAs, and captions on creatives
  • Ability to repurpose content for multi-channel distribution
  • AI tools for creating videos
