Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership

• Lead, inspire, and manage a team of designers, copywriters, and creative professionals.
• Foster a positive and collaborative creative environment.
• Encourage innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement within the team.

2. Creative Strategy

• Define and refine the creative vision for campaigns, projects, and brand initiatives.
• Align creative work with business objectives, audience insights, and market trends.
• Stay updated with industry developments, digital innovations, and consumer behaviour.

3. Conceptualization & Ideation

• Conduct brainstorming sessions to generate original and engaging ideas.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable creative briefs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape campaign narratives and messaging.

4. Project Management

• Oversee the full creative lifecyclefrom ideation to final delivery.
• Manage multiple projects, set priorities, and allocate team resources efficiently.
• Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure timely execution.

5. Creative Execution

• Contribute hands-on to high-quality designs, copywriting, and multimedia content.
• Review, critique, and enhance the team’s creative output.
• Balance creative leadership with active participation in deliverables.

6. Brand Consistency

• Ensure all creative assets maintain consistency with the brand’s tone, voice, and visual identity.
• Uphold brand standards across digital, print, social media, in-store, and event platforms.

7. Mentorship & Development

• Mentor junior team members, offering feedback and professional guidance.
• Identify skill development opportunities and support team growth through training.

Qualifications:

• 5–8 years of experience in a senior creative role, preferably in the fashion, retail, or luxury sector.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creativity across diverse media.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools.
