About the Role

We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Creative Head to lead the development of our brand’s visual identity, communication style, and advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will define and evolve the brand language, ensuring consistency across all platforms while creating compelling designs and campaigns that emotionally connect with customers and drive purchase decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Language & Design System
  • • Develop and maintain a cohesive brand identity including tone of voice, visual guidelines, typography, and color palette.
  • • Translate the brand philosophy into a consistent design language across packaging, digital, social media, and offline platforms.
  • • Ensure all creative assets align with the premium positioning of the brand.
  • Advertising & Creative Strategy
  • • Conceptualize and lead the design of ad campaigns (digital, print, OOH, video) that not only attract but also convert customers.
  • • Craft visual storytelling that highlights product benefits and builds customer trust.
  • • Collaborate with marketing teams to create conversion-focused ad creatives tailored for platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Instagram, and Google Ads.
  • Content & Communication
  • • Define the brand voice and messaging to ensure emotional appeal and clarity across ads, social media, and packaging.
  • • Oversee the production of product photography, ad videos, and graphics in line with brand positioning.
  • • Work with copywriters to design engaging ad copy + creative layouts that inspire purchase.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration
  • • Lead a team of designers, visual artists, and content creators.
  • • Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to align creatives with business objectives.
  • • Manage external creative agencies, photographers, and freelancers when required.

Qualifications & Skills

  • • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Design, Advertising, Fine Arts, or related field.
  • • 6–10 years of experience in brand design, advertising, or creative leadership (FMCG/Beauty/Herbal brand experience preferred).
  • • Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity development, ad campaigns, and creative storytelling.
  • • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, or similar design tools.
  • • Understanding of consumer psychology, digital ad trends, and conversion-driven design.
  • • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • • Strong leadership and project management abilities.
