Role - Brand Manager - Visual Communication

Experience - 3-8yrs


Responsiblities:

  • Lead the creative team (design, content, and social) and own the creative vision of the brand. Be the custodian for the brand strategy and command tonality, coherence, and visual appeal across the platforms.
  • Understand the brand's growth goals and effectively translate them into an actionable creative strategy.
  • Break creative strategy at the function level and ensure that each creative function can achieve its measurable goals.
  • Own development of projects like packaging design, social media creatives, ad copies, video assets, landing pages, etc, setting deadlines, strategizing implementation roadmap, and owning the execution end to end.
  • Brainstorming and developing creative concepts, and ensuring that the team's work is innovative and effective
  • Constant moderation of current trends, cultural codes, and customer's voice to create comms that drive relevance for the brand.
  • Get comfortable with quantitative parameters & constantly optimize creative strategy to drive critical metrics like CTR, CVR, Thumb Stop rates, view-through rates, etc.

Skills Required

  • Proficiency in leading a team of diverse, talented creatives. Hands-on proven excellence in graphic design or copywriting.
  • Experience in creating marketing/advertising campaigns — from developing the vision and messaging platform to overseeing production on time and within budget, managing shoots, crafting or supervising the creation of brand strategy documents from scratch.
