Job Overview

As a Creative Director at Huemn, you will play a key role in shaping the visual and creative direction of our brand and product offerings. This full-time role is based in Hyderabad and is ideal for candidates with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. You will collaborate closely with project managers, design teams, and developers to produce compelling visual content that aligns with our vision in the design and technology space.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Mandatory skill), with demonstrated ability to create high-quality visual assets for digital and print platforms.
  • Expertise in visual storytelling (Mandatory skill) to connect with diverse audiences and convey complex ideas creatively.
  • Demonstrated experience in brand development (Mandatory skill), ensuring brand consistency and distinction across all channels and media.
  • Art direction experience, with the ability to oversee creative projects from inception to delivery and guide visual concepts to execution.
  • Strong project management skills to plan, prioritize, and complete multiple creative projects on time while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Solid background in content creation, including the development of static, animated, and video assets tailored for various platforms and audiences.
  • Effective team collaboration skills, supporting smooth workflows, sharing constructive feedback, and integrating input from multiple departments.
  • Proficiency in building mood boards that set the visual tone for projects, ensuring alignment with both brand identity and client expectations.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Lead the creative process for campaigns, product launches, and marketing initiatives, ensuring all visuals align with brand identity and project goals.
  • Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and development teams to deliver integrated creative solutions and innovative user experiences.
  • Oversee and approve design concepts, artwork, and visual assets developed by junior designers and freelance contributors.
  • Develop and maintain creative guidelines to ensure consistency and excellence across all channels and deliverables.
  • Create, manage, and present mood boards, storyboards, and visual frameworks that inspire and inform both internal and client-facing teams.
  • Stay updated on current trends in photography, design, and technology to ensure that creative output remains fresh and competitive.
  • Participate in project management activities, track timelines, and openly communicate workflow updates to ensure seamless project completion.
  • Provide mentorship and feedback to junior creative team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.
