Creative Director

The Creative Director should produce innovative ideas for the visual elements of advertising campaigns in all kinds of media, including cinema, television and social media campaigns.

He / She develops persuasive and creative text for advertisements across various media, working with teams of designers and creative team to develop brand-aligned campaigns and compelling messages that resonate with target audiences and drive desired actions. They must possess strong writing skills, strategic thinking, creative conceptualization, and attention to detail, along with the ability to adapt to different brand voices and work under pressure to meet deadlines. Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Write long or short-form copy for print, digital, radio, TV, social media, websites, brochures, and direct mail.
• Concept Development: Generate advertising ideas and develop slogans, taglines, and taglines that capture a brand's essence and appeal to its audience.
• Brand Voice & Strategy: Understand and communicate a client's brand voice and personality, ensuring all copy aligns with marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
• Collaboration: Work closely with art directors, graphic designers, and other creative team members to develop integrated advertising campaigns.
• Research: Research target demographics, market trends, and client products/services to develop effective messaging strategies.
• Review & Feedback: Review and edit copy, incorporating client feedback to ensure accuracy, clarity, and persuasive impact.

• Copywriters work in creative advertising agencies, both freelance and in-house for companies.
• The role is dynamic, with daily activities including team meetings, client meetings, brainstorming, and working independently.
