As a Creative Director

🎨 Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the

  creative vision and brand storytelling

  across campaigns.
• Lead ideation, conceptualisation, and execution of

  ATL, BTL, AV Productions, Digital & Experiential

  campaigns.
• Manage and inspire a multidisciplinary creative team (designers, visualizers, copywriters, video editors).
• Translate

  client briefs into bold, innovative, and effective campaigns

  .
• Maintain high creative standards while ensuring timely delivery across multiple projects.
• Stay ahead of

  design, media, and cultural trends

  to keep campaigns fresh and relevant.
• Collaborate with leadership to

  pitch ideas

  and present campaigns to clients.

🎨 Desired Skills & Expertise

• Mandatory

  : Strong background in

  advertising agencies

  (minimum 8–12 years).
• Proven track record of leading

  award-winning / high-impact campaigns

  .
• Hands-on expertise in

  Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) & CorelDRAW

  .
• Sharp understanding of

  brand strategy, consumer insights, and integrated marketing

  .
• Exceptional

  leadership, communication, and presentation making skills

  .
