A little bit about us

Founded in 2016, Coding Ninjas is one of the largest online coding EdTech companies in India. Imparting knowledge is of utmost importance to us and it is our mission to bridge the skill gap between colleges and industry. We teach 50,000+ students annually through our online platform with an aim to help college students and working professionals upskill themselves for rewarding employment prospects.

Coding Ninjas was founded by Ankush Singla, Kannu Mittal and Dhawal Parate, dawning from an educational background of IITs and Stanford who bring onboard their rich working experience in companies like Amazon, Facebook, Cars24, and other top startups in India. As pioneers in EdTech, we are continuously working on curating student-centric learning programs and are progressing towards becoming the de facto coding education company in India.

The company has raised more than 22 Million USD till date and is a subsidiary of InfoEdge (Naukri.com, IIMJobs, Jeevansathi,etc.) with the latter, acquiring a majority stake in Coding Ninjas.

With our exhaustive learning programs, 1:1 mentor support for effective doubt resolution and over 400+ doubts being resolved per hour, our focus lies on crafting learning experiences that equip candidates with learning, application and demonstration of capabilities in the software development domain.

A little more about you

The Creative Director will lead a team of graphic designer, social manager and video editor. He/she will work closely with cross-functional teams (like business/category, product, performance marketing and CRM) and contextualise the creative brief in order to deliver creatives that meet business objectives + are consistent with brand/campaign design/messaging guidelines.Deliverables could include static + video ads, Social content including videos journey emailers, website content, testimonials and so on.

Responsibilities

• Build the brand tone and perception from its inception.
• Lead, mentor and encourage creative team members of designers, copywriters and video production professionals to meet business requirements and foster an energetic/positive work environment.
• Work closely with business/category teams to understand business context, receive and fine-tune the creative brief and the related deliverables for the project/task.
• Take ownership of ideating, coordinating and delivering, basis the brief from conceptualization to final execution.
• Ensure designs and content reflect the brand image, design guidelines and company ideals consistently and positively
• Report progress of projects at major stages of their conception, creation, and execution
• Anticipate problems that may impede a project from completing on time and implement solutions
• Track aligned success metrics for creative deliverables, and find insightful ways to consistently deliver creatives that moves hearts and changes consumer behaviour.

Requirements

• Candidates with 6+ years of work experience can apply.
• Preferably with experience in social content production.
• Candidates who have worked in similar roles + have a creative agency background will get preference.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional business skills, such as negotiation, project management, and leadership
• Proficiency in leading a diverse team.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
