Creative Designer

We are seeking a creative designer with strong expertise in graphic design and a proven ability to think beyond visuals—into storytelling, strategy, and the human experience of design. This is a permanent position based in Pune, working US shifts (night shift), with an immediate start preferred.

The Role

Create compelling visual concepts that connect with audiences and deliver measurable impact. Work across mediums and industries, applying design principles with precision while keeping our goals and cultural context at the forefront.

Responsibilities

· Lead the development of visual assets for digital, print, and brand communications.

· Support storytelling and creative strategy to align design choices with broader narratives and objectives.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring clarity to complex ideas through design.

· Demonstrate how your approach has directly contributed to successful outcomes.

Qualifications

· Experience: Minimum 5-6 years of professional experience in graphic design.

· Core expertise in typography, color, composition, and visual hierarchy.

· Secondary experience in storytelling and creative strategy.

· Breadth of industry exposure: from event companies to consumer products, with considerable experience in financial services (e.g., debt collection, fintech, or neobanking).

· Ability to clearly show where and how your contributions led to achieving goals.

· Openness to learning and engaging with different cultures, behaviors, and values.

· A degree in design, communications, or a related field is a plus (not required).
