What You'll Do:

• Design digital creatives for campaigns, social media, ads, and marketing assets.
• Develop brand identities, visual themes, and graphic elements.
• Collaborate with content, marketing, and production teams to bring ideas to life.
• Create visual assets for web, print, and motion (if that’s in your skillset).
• Adapt and optimize designs across platforms and formats.
• Keep up with trends and inject fresh thinking into every project.

Your Superpowers:

✔ Strong portfolio (we care more about your work than your degree)

✔ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a bonus)

✔ Strong sense of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy

✔ Ability to think conceptually and execute with precision

✔ Attention to detail without losing creative flair

✔ Ability to work in fast-paced, collaborative environments

✔ Bonus: Motion graphics, illustration, UI experience, or branding knowledge
