CPQ Business Process Architect, Configuration

Join NetApp as a CPQ Business Process Architect and play a crucial role in bridging the gap between Business and IT teams.

We are seeking a Product Owner with a strong understanding of Agile principles and the ability to work effectively to standardize and simplify our products and processes. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving the end-to-end implementation of global CPQ design, while providing mentorship and guidance to internal, cross-functional, and external stakeholders. 

•    Lead the evolution and execution of NetApp's product introduction and enhancement process.
•    Design and develop solutions, including architecture, roadmaps, and prototypes for CPQ in relation to NPI.
•    Identify opportunities to standardize processes and offerings, improving efficiency and streamlining sales cycles.
•    Conduct architecture reviews to ensure alignment with business requirements and scalability.
•    Act as a liaison between technical, functional, business, and integration teams to drive CPQ solution design and implementation.
•    Provide mentorship and supervision to developers and stakeholders.
•    Collaborate with solution operations teams to ensure successful implementations.
•    Gather and document business requirements for the CPQ system.
•    Manage a roadmap and backlog to enhance the CPQ system to meet business requirements.
•    Develop and execute test plans to ensure the CPQ system functions as intended.
•    Ensure seamless integration of the CPQ system with other business systems (e.g., CRM, ERP).
•    Provide training and support to end-users.
•    Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements, managing a backlog of enhancement requests.
•    Lead and participate in major initiatives, projects, and new product introductions.
•    Maintain comprehensive documentation of CPQ configurations and processes.

•    Deep knowledge of selling motions including direct and channel selling with regard to CPQ and Quote to Invoice processes.
•    Familiarity with leading CPQ and billing systems. Experience with Oracle Cloud CPQ is a plus.•    Experience working directly with sellers to understand pain points regarding CPQ.•    Experience conducting architecture reviews to ensure alignment with business requirements.•    Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, customer service, business, and negotiation skills.•    Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization.
