Job Description

Hello,

OpenText xECM Technical Consultant.

Experience - 6+ Years

Location - Pune

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement OpenText xECM integrations with SAP SuccessFactors.
Develop and manage integration flows using APIs, web services, and connectors.
Configure document types, metadata, business workspaces, and content lifecycle management.
Translate business requirements into technical designs and solution specifications.
Troubleshoot and resolve xECMSuccessFactors integration and performance issues.
Ensure compliance, access control, and role-based security configurations.
Support data migration, testing, and deployment activities.
Prepare technical documentation, diagrams, and conduct user training sessions.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience with
OpenText Extended ECM (xECM)
implementation and configuration.
Expertise in
SAP SuccessFactors integration
using APIs and connectors.
Experience with
metadata, document lifecycle
, and business workspace setup.
Knowledge of
security standards (SSO/SAML/OAuth)
and compliance requirements.
Proven skills in
system analysis, troubleshooting, and solution design
.

Preferred Skills

OpenText xECM / Content Server certification.
Exposure to middleware tools (SAP CPI, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft).
Experience with SAP DMS or ArchiveLink integrations.
